- Participants must be 18 or older.
- Full Circle is not a medical, therapeutic, or crisis service.
- Leaders must sign a confidentiality & conduct agreement before their role is activated.
- Contact info received for circle coordination must not be used for marketing or solicitation.
- Participants can leave and request data deletion at any time.
Signup Consent
The exact language every new member sees and must agree to before joining the waitlist. Consent version: signup-2026-05-28.
I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. I understand my email and contact info will not be made public and will only be used by the Full Circle team to coordinate circles and reach out about this community.
This checkbox is required to submit the signup form. The consent version is stored in the signups.consent_version column at insert time.
Leadership Agreement
The agreement any Host, Facilitator, or Advisor must sign before their interest is recorded. Agreement version: leadership-2026-05-28.
The leadership agreement modal collects the following:
- Legal name — typed as a digital signature.
- Confidentiality pledge — "I agree to keep everything shared in this circle confidential."
- Code of Conduct & Terms acknowledgment — agreement to uphold community standards and care for participants' emotional safety.
- Contact-sharing consent (optional) — a separate, explicit yes/no: "I consent to Full Circle sharing my name and contact info with matched circle members to coordinate this circle."
Withdrawal
A leader can withdraw at any time by toggling their interest off in the portal. This automatically deletes their associated leadership_agreements record.

Row-Level Security (RLS)
Both tables are protected by RLS policies. Users can only view and manage their own records. Admins (users with the admin role) can view all records for community coordination.
