Terms of Service

Welcome to Full Circle, operated by Exponential Enlightenment LLC ("Full Circle," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our circles and use of our website. By signing up or taking part, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can participate

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By joining, you confirm that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What Full Circle is — and isn't

Full Circle is a peer community for connection, mutual support, and shared practice. It is a space held by volunteers and community members.

Full Circle is not a medical, mental-health, therapeutic, crisis, or emergency service. Our hosts, facilitators, and advisors are community members, not necessarily licensed professionals. Nothing shared in a circle is professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

3. Community code of conduct

By participating, you agree to:

• Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and patience.
• Keep what is shared in a circle confidential — what's shared in the circle stays in the circle.
• Never harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another member.
• Not give medical, legal, or professional advice unless you are qualified and clearly say so.
• Respect people's boundaries, privacy, and consent at all times.
• Use any contact information you receive only to coordinate the circle — never for marketing, solicitation, or any other purpose.

We may remove anyone from the community who violates these standards, at our discretion, to keep circles safe.

4. Leadership roles & agreements

If you step into a Host, Facilitator, or Advisor role, additional responsibilities apply. Before you can hold one of these roles, you'll review and sign a leadership agreement in which you:

• Agree to maintain the confidentiality of everything shared in your circle.
• Agree to uphold this code of conduct and care for participants' emotional safety.
• Make a clear, separate choice about whether to consent to your name and contact information being shared with matched circle members.

We will only share a participant's name or contact information with a leader, or a leader's details with participants, when that person has given explicit consent. You can withdraw a leadership agreement or your consent to share contact details at any time by updating your choices or emailing support@exponentialenlightenment.com.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you share. By sharing a message with us, you give us permission to use it solely to operate the community (for example, to coordinate circles). Please don't share content that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights.

6. Privacy

Your use of Full Circle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and the choices you have.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Full Circle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exponential Enlightenment LLC and its volunteers and members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in circles or use of the site. Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold Exponential Enlightenment LLC harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your conduct within the community.

9. Ending participation

You may leave the community at any time and ask us to delete your information. We may suspend or end participation for anyone who violates these Terms or endangers the community.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Exponential Enlightenment LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the community evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and continued participation after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
