Full Circle is operated by Exponential Enlightenment LLC ("Full Circle," "we," "us," or "our"). We care deeply about the trust people place in this community, and we treat your personal information with the same care we bring to holding space. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

The data controller responsible for your information is Exponential Enlightenment LLC. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@exponentialenlightenment.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to coordinate circles and stay in touch. This includes:

Contact details you provide when you sign up — your name, email, and optionally your phone number and general location.
Your interests — which circles you'd like to join, the roles you'd like to hold (participant, host, facilitator, advisor, and others), your availability, and any message you choose to share.
Leadership agreements — if you step into a Host, Facilitator, or Advisor role, we record the legal name you sign with, the version of the agreement, the date, and your explicit yes/no choices on confidentiality, our code of conduct, and whether you consent to sharing your contact information with matched circle members.
The consent you give — we record which version of this notice you agreed to and when.
Limited technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as general device/browser type) needed to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use your information

To coordinate, schedule, and run circles you've expressed interest in.
To contact you about this community, the circles you joined, and your roles.
To match hosts, facilitators, and advisors with participants — only as described below.
To keep accurate, auditable records of the consents and agreements you've given.
To keep the community safe and to comply with our legal obligations.

4. Our lawful basis — consent first

We process your information based on the consent you give when you sign up or sign a leadership agreement, and on our legitimate interest in operating a safe community. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below).

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it publicly. We share it only in these limited ways:

With your explicit consent. We will only share your name and contact information with a host, facilitator, advisor, or fellow circle member when you have specifically agreed to it. Leaders who receive others' contact information must first sign a confidentiality agreement and may use it solely to coordinate the circle.
Service providers who help us operate (for example, our email delivery and hosting providers), bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the safety of a person or the community.

6. Sensitive circles & emotional safety

Some circles touch tender subjects — grief, healing, and suicide support among them. Full Circle is a peer community for connection and mutual support. It is not a medical, mental-health, crisis, or emergency service, and the information shared here is not professional advice.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you're part of the community and as needed to coordinate circles, then for a reasonable period to maintain records of consents and agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it — unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your information and withdraw any consent you've given.
Withdraw a leadership agreement or your consent to share your contact details.
Opt out of the "sale" of personal information — note we do not sell your data.
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

9. How we protect your information

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Contact details are never made public, and access is restricted to the Full Circle team and to leaders only with your explicit consent. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Children

Full Circle is intended for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at support@exponentialenlightenment.com and we'll remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the community grows. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, ask for renewed consent where appropriate.
