Full Circle · Volunteer hosts

Hold a circle.
Press play. That's it.

We're looking for volunteers to host online dance circles. No DJing, no teaching credential, no experience required — open a room, welcome people in, play a recorded set, and close the container with space to share.

What hosting looks like

Four moves. We hand you the script, the music guidance, and the guidelines — you bring your presence.

Open a room

Zoom, Meet, or whatever you already use. We'll help you set it up if it's new to you.

Welcome people in

Say hello by name. Two sentences of framing. That's the whole opening.

Press play

A recorded set is perfect. No DJing, no beatmatching, no music background needed.

Close the circle

Fade the music, a few breaths, and an invitation to share a word of experience or gratitude.

Choose your container length

The daily morning circle is 30 minutes, but a circle doesn't have to be short. Hold whatever depth you can hold well.

30 minutes

5 arrival · 5 warmup · 15 dance · 5 close

The daily morning rhythm. Fits before work, easy to keep sacred, easy to repeat every day.

30–60 minutes

10 arrival · 10 warmup · 25–35 dance · 10 close

Room to actually warm the body up, a full wave of music, and real time for stillness and a group share at the end.

60–90 minutes

Opening circle · warmup · full wave with peak and descent · integration · share

A complete journey. Best for weekends, new moons, or whenever your community wants to go deeper than a morning allows.

Different hosts, different lengths, different time zones — together that becomes a circle available almost any hour.

What you do not need

Hosting is a volunteer role right now — we're a young project and nobody is paid yet. Donations we raise go toward paying our first facilitators, and hosts are first in line when that happens. We'll always be straight with you about where things stand.

I'd like to host

Tell us a little about you. We'll follow up personally — no automated onboarding maze.

You can hold more than one kind. Start with whatever feels sustainable.

When could you host?

Times in your local time zone. Only one person needs to show up to make a circle real.
