Full Circle · A daily practice

Dance your way
into the day.

A worldwide morning ecstatic dance circle. Same time, every day. From your living room. Thirty‑something minutes to land in your body before life begins.

30–45 minutes Cameras optional Free, always

"Vipassana practitioners log on every morning to meditate together, from every corner of the world. We're doing that — except we move."

— David Prorok, CTO

The 30‑minute flow

Simple. Repeatable. Held by a rotating circle of facilitators around the world.

  1. 0:00

    Arrival & intention

Brief welcome. Land in your body. Set a one-word intention for the day.

  2. 0:05

    Embodiment warmup

Breath, joints, spine. Wake the body up gently — no choreography.

  3. 0:10

    15 minutes of dance

Music plays. You move however you're moved. Cameras on or off — your call.

  4. 0:25

    Cool down & connection

Stillness. A few breaths together. One word in the chat. We close the circle.

Longer circles, too

30 minutes is the daily morning rhythm — but hosts can hold a 30–60 minute circle with a full music wave, or a 60–90 minute journey with integration and a group share.
