Full Circle · The honest page

How we work: money,
ownership, boundaries.

Most job pages save the money conversation for round three. We'd rather you know where we stand before you spend an hour on us.

Where we actually are

  • Full Circle is operated by Exponential Enlightenment LLC, a US company.
  • — Pre-revenue. Donations opened recently; nothing is profitable yet.
  • — Roughly two dozen people have signed up so far, a mix of would-be hosts, advisors and dancers.
  • — Hosts have been volunteers up to now. We've never pretended otherwise.
  • — The platform, the legal foundation and the payment flow are built and working.

What we can offer

Four real things. The specific numbers belong in a conversation with you, not on a public page — but they're specific, and they go in writing.

A share of what the circles earn

An uncapped share of the revenue the circles generate — memberships, ticketed longer containers, workshops, team sessions — plus a share of donations attributable to what you build. The percentage is specific and we name it in the conversation, not in vague terms afterwards.

You keep 100% of your own offers

Your courses, decks, memberships, coaching and client work stay entirely yours. We take no cut, and we're glad to introduce them to the community.

A paid 30-day trial

Paid from the donation fund at an agreed rate per circle or per week, with one measurable goal we write down before you start. Real money, small money, honestly described.

An ownership promise in writing

A profits interest — a documented right to a share of future profits — granted once revenue crosses an agreed threshold. It's written and signed before you run your first circle, not promised verbally and forgotten.

What we cannot offer right now

  • A salary. Not today, and we won't imply otherwise.
  • Health insurance or benefits.
  • A guaranteed number of paid hours per week.
  • A promise that this becomes a full-time income by a specific date.

If you need any of these to say yes, that's completely reasonable — and we'd rather you told us than took the role and resented it.

Why a profits interest instead of equity

The short version, because people ask.

Handing out ownership units in an LLC on day one sounds generous and usually isn't. It drags a new person into tax filings and capital accounts, and if things don't work out after two months, unwinding it is genuinely painful for both sides.

A profits interest gives you the upside without the paperwork trap: a documented right to a share of profits, granted when revenue crosses a threshold we agree on. You're sharing in what you build, and nobody is stuck.

If this grows into something with real value, that conversation gets revisited with lawyers in the room, as it should be.

The boundaries we hold

These aren't negotiable, and anyone in a leadership role signs an agreement about them.

This is peer support, not therapy

Circles are a shared practice among adults. We don't diagnose, treat, or offer clinical care, and we're explicit about it with members.

Crisis goes to humans and emergency services

If someone is in danger, the path is 988 (US) or 911 — never an app feature, never the AI companion, never a well-meaning improvisation.

18+ only

Every member confirms they're an adult. Facilitators hold that line.

Nobody's contact information is shared without consent

Members consent before their name or contact details are shared with a host or facilitator, and leadership roles get access only after signing a confidentiality agreement.

We don't sell anyone's data

Not to advertisers, not to partners, not ever.
