Open role · remote · volunteer-to-revenue-share
Make sure a dance circle happens every single morning — and build the bench of hosts who keep it happening.
Full Circle is a daily online ecstatic dance and group-meditation practice. A brief welcome and warmup, roughly fifteen minutes of dancing to a recorded set, then a cool-down and a chance to share. Longer 30–60 and 60–90 minute containers too, for when a community wants to go deeper.
The platform exists already: rooms, host scripts, a member portal you install on your home screen, circle messaging, signed leadership agreements, published privacy policy and terms, and a donation flow. What doesn't exist yet is the person who holds the daily container and grows the circle of hosts around it. That's this role.
We are early and honest about it: pre-revenue, roughly two dozen people signed up, hosts unpaid so far, donations just opened. If that makes you curious rather than nervous, keep reading.
Outcomes, not a task list. These are the things that would be yours to get right.
Someone opens the room every morning — you, or a host you trained, or a backup when a host disappears. This one outcome is the whole role. A practice is daily or it isn't a practice.
You set the tone by being in the room. How you welcome people, how you close, how you hold a silence — that becomes the template everyone else copies.
People are already raising their hands to lead. You choose them, walk them through the runbook and the leadership agreement, sit in on their first circle, and own the rotation. Hosting scales through other people or it doesn't scale.
Consent, camera-optional norms, how sharing is held, and what happens when someone brings something heavy into the room. The guidelines and host scripts are yours to rewrite.
30–60 and 60–90 minute circles, seasonal deep dives, a monthly movement membership, prompts and recorded meditations. The shape of the offer is yours to design.
Inviting your people, collecting stories with consent, bringing teams and organizations in. Money, legal, product and public statements stay with the founder.
Our honest estimate of the rhythm, so you can hold it up against your actual life.
Every morning, ~45 minutes
Open the room a few minutes early, welcome people by name, hold the circle, close it, linger for whoever wants to talk.
Two or three afternoons, ~30 minutes each
Intro calls with prospective hosts, walking one through the runbook, or sitting in on a new host's first circle.
Once a week, ~1 hour
Set the host rotation for the coming week and send a short note to the leadership circle: circles held, who showed up, what broke.
Once a month, ~2–3 hours
Design or run a longer container, and decide what changes in the guidelines or scripts.
We'd rather agree on this in advance than judge you against something unwritten.
We'd rather tell you now than waste your time. If one of these is you, the morning circle is still open to you — come dance.
