Full Circle runs a daily online dance circle plus longer containers, a member portal, circle messaging, leadership agreements, and a donation flow. All of it is built. What it needs is someone who keeps the machine turning and notices what's slipping before it breaks.
This is a founding-team role, not a staffing one. You'd have real authority over how operations work, and you'd be accountable for whether the practice actually happens.

Work the incoming signups and word-of-mouth pipeline, run intro calls, walk new hosts through the runbook and the leadership agreement, sit in on first circles.
Welcome new members, answer questions in circle messages, keep the tone of the container, and notice who's drifting so someone reaches out.
A short written loop each week: circles held, attendance, new hosts, new members, donations, what broke. Decisions get made on real numbers.
Hold the guidelines — 18+, peer support rather than therapy, consent before any contact information is shared, and crisis escalation to 988/911 and a human, never to the AI companion.
Thank-yous, follow-ups, and scheduling the conversations that need to happen. Warm relationships stay warm because someone tends them.
